There was 4 guys working together. All of them were polite and appropriately dressed.

An update to this review: I DID use them again, and--once again--they exceeded expectations. I have recommended them to several friends, mentioning that one of the fixes I asked about, they said they could do it if I really wanted but advised against as it was time-consuming and they would have to charge more than they'd like. Since it was a cosmetic thing only I would see, they asked if I could live with it. Love that honest evaluation.
